Shipping and Receiving Guidelines

The Mayo Civic Center guidelines for vendor/exhibitor shipping and receiving are intended to provide efficiency and better serve you, our client.  

If your event includes a tradeshow of 20 or less vendors, and some require sending early shipments, please provide each vendor with a copy of the Freight Handling Order Form and Terms & Conditions.  This form is available from your Event Coordinator upon request.  

If your event includes a tradeshow with more than 20 vendors, arrangements for shipping, receiving, and storage (drayage) of materials must be made through your show decorator.

Any vendors bringing their equipment and supplies during scheduled move-in hours are exempt from these guidelines.  

Should you, the event planner, need to send materials in advance of move-in, please contact your Event Coordinator with specific information, i.e. arrival date, time, number of boxes, etc.  With your verbal approval, MCC staff will accept your deliveries and store them in a secure location.  Once on site, please contact any member of our staff so your materials can be delivered to your designated area.  The associated fee is waived for you, the event planner only.
