2023 Thrive Women’s Conference – Bridging the Gap
The annual Bridging the Gap (BTG) Thrive Conference is returning to Rochester, MN, and expecting 2,500 women to attend.

WHAT: The Thrive Conference is the annual conference for Bridging the Gap, a statewide women’s ministry for Minnesota. Thrive will be a full weekend of leadership development sessions, main sessions, the Hope Project feature, an appetizer event and lunch with speakers, giveaways, exhibitor shopping, delicious food, and more surprises for women of all ages and their friends. Featured guests will include Annie F. Downs, Bianca Juarez Olthoff, Hosanna Wong, Gabriella McCullough, Emmanuel LIVE, and Susie Larson and Amber Gerstmann (emcees).

WHEN: This conference will take place from 12:00pm–11:30pm on October 6th and from 7:30am–4:00pm on October 7th at the Mayo Civic Center (Rochester, MN).

WHY: The purpose of BTG and the Thrive Conference is to encourage, equip, and empower every woman on her faith journey with Jesus Christ. BTG invites women (ages 12+) from all cultures, denominations, and generations to join together for this event. Thrive attendees will also be invited to give toward the annual Hope Project fundraiser. Funds received will go toward worldwide humanitarian, missional, and anti-human trafficking organizations. The unveiling of this year’s Hope Project recipients will take place during the 10:45am session on October 7th.
