ADA Services

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Accessible seating is available in all venue locations for both wheelchair and limited mobility needs. Availability and location varies, dependent on the event and venue. For availability and questions, please contact the Mayo Civic Center Box Office at 507 361 5050 or 800 422 2199 toll free.

Accessible seating may be purchased at the Box Office or through Ticketmaster.

ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES (ALD)

The Mayo Civic Center is equipped with Assisted Listening Devices (ALD). ALD are available for most events and may be checked out from the Box Office with a valid photo ID or credit card. Please call ahead to reserve your ALD.

VISUALLY IMPAIRED SEATING

The Mayo Civic Center reserves visually impaired seating within an acceptable distance of the stage/performance as required by ADA regulations. Visually Impaired seating is reserved up to ten (10) business days prior to the date of the event or until sold out – whichever comes first. WHEELCHAIR ESCORTS

Wheelchair escorts are available for guests who may require additional assistance to and from their seats. This service is for transport needs only. The escorts are available only on the Mayo Civic Center property and are not permitted to transport beyond the Mayo Civic Center property. Upon arrival to the venue, please inquire at the Box Office or with a Guest Services representative for an escort.
