Exciting News! Mayo Civic Center is Going Cashless!

We're thrilled to announce that Mayo Civic Center is transitioning to a cashless venue, starting April 15, 2024. This decision marks a significant step forward in enhancing YOUR overall experience at our events. There are several benefits for this transition:

1. Convenience at Your Fingertips: Say goodbye to fumbling for cash or waiting in long lines at ATMs. With our cashless system, all transactions can be conveniently made with your credit or debit card, or mobile payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Enjoy faster and smoother transactions, allowing you to spend more time enjoying the event.

2. Enhanced Safety and Security: Your safety is our top priority. By going cashless, we're minimizing the risk of theft and ensuring a more secure environment for everyone. With fewer physical transactions, there's reduced handling of cash, promoting a cleaner and more hygienic experience.

3. Streamlined Operations: Going cashless enables us to streamline our operations, leading to improved efficiency in managing transactions. This means shorter wait times at concession stands, ticket counters, and merchandise booths, allowing you to get back to enjoying the event without unnecessary delays.

4. Accessibility for All: We're committed to ensuring that everyone can fully participate in our events. Going cashless eliminates barriers for individuals who may not have access to traditional banking services or prefer electronic payment methods. Our goal is to make your experience as inclusive and accessible as possible.

5. Environmentally Friendly: Going cashless aligns with our commitment to sustainability. By reducing the use of paper currency, we're taking a small but meaningful step towards minimizing our environmental footprint. Together, we can contribute to a greener future.

We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, but we're confident that this transition will ultimately enhance your experience at Mayo Civic Center. For a limited time, we are prepared to accommodate guests who come to Mayo Civic Center with cash by exchanging the cash for a preloaded credit card (cash card) for use at the Box Office and food and beverage locations throughout Mayo Civic Center and anywhere credit cards are accepted.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the cashless system, our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you.  Thank you.

Mayo Civic Center only accepts digital/mobile tickets or physical tickets printed at the Box Office or from Ticketmaster. We do not accepted paper tickets (print-offs, screenshots, etc.) or other forms not mentioned as acceptable. If you have any of the unacceptable type of ticket, you will need to go back to whom you purchased the ticket(s) from to receive an acceptable form. It is important you check your tickets prior to arriving at the venue to avoid issues at the ticket gate.

Mayo Civic Center policy is NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Any requests due to unforeseen circumstances may be directed to Natalie Olson, for further review.

On the day of the show, Will Call can be picked-up at the Mayo Civic Center Box Office located at the venue of the event.

Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster that are held for Will Call may be picked up at any time prior to the event with the credit card used to purchase and the purchaser's valid photo ID. All Ticketmaster orders held at Will Call must be in your name. If a patron wishes to pick up Will Call tickets that are not in their name, they MUST have the ticket holder on record with a signed letter authorizing this person to claim their tickets. No tickets will be given to persons other than the name provided through Ticketmaster or Will Call without this prior authorization. This is to ensure that tickets are given to the appropriate person.

Unless a tour has a specific age policy, all children ages 2 years and older require a ticket to enter. Any child age 23 months and under does not require a ticket, but must sit on the lap of the ticket holder.

Permissible and Prohibited Items

Once purchased and in the possession of the buyer, it is the buyer's responsibility for the safekeeping of the tickets. Tickets that are lost, stolen, or destroyed cannot be refunded or replaced.

If an event cancels, a refund will be issued from the point of purchase. For tickets bought through Ticketmaster, an automatic refund will be issued back on to the credit card used for purchase. For tickets purchased at the Box Office, you will need to return your tickets to the Box Office as soon as possible for a refund using the purchase method of payment.

*Consumer Warning*

Ticketmaster is the exclusive ticketing agent for Mayo Civic Center. Mayo Civic Center uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, fans should be careful when purchasing tickets and should make sure they are purchasing valid Ticketmaster tickets, otherwise, you may be purchasing a ticket that is invalid and will be denied admission. If you purchase tickets from another ticketing agent in the secondary market (ticket office sales website, scalper, ticket broker, eBay, Craigslist, etc.), you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.

If you wish to purchase tickets from the secondary market, we encourage the use of TM+ Resale, Ticketmaster's online resale platform that provides a safe and secure marketplace for ticket resale. Only Ticketmaster can guarantee 100% legitimate secondary market tickets, because the tickets sold through TM+ Resale are linked to Ticketmaster's barcoded ticketing systems. Click here for more information on TM+ Resale

For most events, non-professional, non-flash photography is permitted. Video and audio recording is prohibited. This policy is subject to change on an event-by-event basis. Please call the Box Office at 507 361 5050 or 800 422 2199 toll free for specific event camera policy inquiries.
