Box Office Hours
Wednesday - Friday 10 AM - 2 PM
Saturday - Tuesday CLOSED
NOTE The Box Office will open one (1) hour before each ticketed performance.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The following are accepted methods of payment at the Mayo Civic Center Box Office:
• Credit or Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
ID is required for credit/debit card purchases. The name on the ID must match the name of the payment card.
On the day of the show, Will Call can be picked-up at the Mayo Civic Center Box Office located at the venue of the event. Will Call will become a delivery method once standard mail is no longer an option. This is 10 days out from the day of show.
Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster that are held for Will Call may be picked up at any time prior to the event with the credit card used to purchase and the purchaser's valid photo ID. All Ticketmaster orders held at Will Call must be in your name. If a patron wishes to pick up Will Call tickets that are not in their name, they MUST have the ticket holder on record with a signed letter authorizing this person to claim their tickets. No tickets will be given to persons other than the name provided through Ticketmaster or Will Call without this prior authorization. This is to ensure that tickets are given to the appropriate person.
Unless a tour has a specific age policy, all children ages 2 years and older require a ticket to enter. Any child age 23 months and under does not require a ticket, but must sit on the lap of the ticket holder.
Discounts may be available for select events. Please call the Mayo Civic Center Box Office at 507 361 5050 or 800 422 2199 toll free to inquire about available Group Discounts.
Doors open one (1) hour prior to the start of the event unless otherwise noted on our website.
TICKET REFUND OR EXCHANGES
Mayo Civic Center policy is NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Any requests due to unforeseen circumstances may be directed to the Box Office Manager, Laura Woolworth firstname.lastname@example.org for further review.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DESTROYED TICKETS
Once purchased and in the possession of the buyer, it is the buyer's responsibility for the safekeeping of the tickets. Tickets that are lost, stolen, or destroyed cannot be refunded or replaced.
If an event cancels, a refund will be issued from the point of purchase. For tickets bought through Ticketmaster, an automatic refund will be issued back on to the credit card used for purchase. For tickets purchased at the Box Office, you will need to return your tickets to the Box Office as soon as possible for a refund using the purchase method of payment.
SECONDARY TICKET MARKET
Ticketmaster is the exclusive ticketing agent for Mayo Civic Center. Mayo Civic Center uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, fans should be careful when purchasing tickets and should make sure they are purchasing valid Ticketmaster tickets, otherwise, you may be purchasing a ticket that is invalid and will be denied admission. If you purchase tickets from another ticketing agent in the secondary market (ticket office sales website, scalper, ticket broker, eBay, Craigslist, etc.), you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
If you wish to purchase tickets from the secondary market, we encourage the use of TM+ Resale, Ticketmaster's online resale platform that provides a safe and secure marketplace for ticket resale. Only Ticketmaster can guarantee 100% legitimate secondary market tickets, because the tickets sold through TM+ Resale are linked to Ticketmaster's barcoded ticketing systems. Click here for more information on TM+ Resale.
CAMERAS POLICY (DURING EVENTS)
For most events, non-professional, non-flash photography is permitted. Video and audio recording is prohibited. This policy is subject to change on an event-by-event basis. Please call the Box Office at 507 361 5050 or 800 422 2199 toll free for specific event camera policy inquiries.
Mayo Civic Center has a "No Re-entry Policy". This means that guests may not exit the building during an event and then re-enter at a later time.
The Mayo Civic Center Box Office does not accept Ticketmaster gift cards for ticket purchases.
OUTSIDE FOOD + BEVERAGE
Mayo Civic Center does not allow outside food and beverage to be brought into an event. Concessions or vending machines will be available during ticketed events.
LOST + FOUND
Lost items found and turned in during an event can be located at the Box Office. Once the Box Office closes, all lost items turned in are then relocated to the Mayo Civic Center administrative office front desk. Items that are found after an event are also turned into the front desk. Please call 507 361 5050 or 800 422 2199 toll free to inquire about lost items.
