We do not accepted paper tickets (print-offs, screenshots, etc.) or other forms not mentioned as acceptable. If you have any of the unacceptable type of ticket, you will need to go back to whom you purchased the ticket(s) from to receive an acceptable form. It is important you check your tickets prior to arriving at the venue to avoid issues at the ticket gate.
TICKET REFUND OR EXCHANGES
Mayo Civic Center policy is NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Any requests due to unforeseen circumstances may be directed to the Box Office Manager, Laura Josselyn email@example.com for further review.
On the day of the show, Will Call can be picked-up at the Mayo Civic Center Box Office located at the venue of the event.
Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster that are held for Will Call may be picked up at any time prior to the event with the credit card used to purchase and the purchaser's valid photo ID. All Ticketmaster orders held at Will Call must be in your name. If a patron wishes to pick up Will Call tickets that are not in their name, they MUST have the ticket holder on record with a signed letter authorizing this person to claim their tickets. No tickets will be given to persons other than the name provided through Ticketmaster or Will Call without this prior authorization. This is to ensure that tickets are given to the appropriate person.
Unless a tour has a specific age policy, all children ages 2 years and older require a ticket to enter. Any child age 23 months and under does not require a ticket, but must sit on the lap of the ticket holder.

Our best advice to make sure you are on the correct site is to find your event via the Events page on our website found here https://www.mayociviccenter.com/events/
2. Once in the proper event, click on the button that says UNLOCK
3. Enter the passcode
4. Click the blue UNLOCK button. If the passcode is accepted, the button will display a green check mark and then display or update the pricing on the applicable inventory for the offer.
All patrons will have to go through our security screening process upon entry to the venue. This includes screening via magnetometers or wanding and bag checks.
PERMISSIBLE & PROHIBITED ITEMS FOR OUTDOOR EVENTS
LOST, STOLEN, OR DESTROYED TICKETS
Once purchased and in the possession of the buyer, it is the buyer's responsibility for the safekeeping of the tickets. Tickets that are lost, stolen, or destroyed cannot be refunded or replaced.
If an event cancels, a refund will be issued from the point of purchase. For tickets bought through Ticketmaster, an automatic refund will be issued back on to the credit card used for purchase. For tickets purchased at the Box Office, you will need to return your tickets to the Box Office as soon as possible for a refund using the purchase method of payment.
SECONDARY TICKET MARKET
Ticketmaster is the exclusive ticketing agent for Mayo Civic Center. Mayo Civic Center uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, fans should be careful when purchasing tickets and should make sure they are purchasing valid Ticketmaster tickets, otherwise, you may be purchasing a ticket that is invalid and will be denied admission. If you purchase tickets from another ticketing agent in the secondary market (ticket office sales website, scalper, ticket broker, eBay, Craigslist, etc.), you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
If you wish to purchase tickets from the secondary market, we encourage the use of TM+ Resale, Ticketmaster's online resale platform that provides a safe and secure marketplace for ticket resale. Only Ticketmaster can guarantee 100% legitimate secondary market tickets, because the tickets sold through TM+ Resale are linked to Ticketmaster's barcoded ticketing systems. Click here for more information on TM+ Resale.
CAMERAS POLICY (DURING EVENTS)
For most events, non-professional, non-flash photography is permitted. Video and audio recording is prohibited. This policy is subject to change on an event-by-event basis. Please call the Box Office at 507 361 5050 or 800 422 2199 toll free for specific event camera policy inquiries.
Mayo Civic Center has a "No Re-entry Policy". This means that guests may not exit the building during an event and then re-enter at a later time.
Mayo Civic Center provides a private Mother’s Room for all events located on the first floor near the main box office windows. Please check in at the security desk located in the Skyway lobby for access. Breast pumps are allowed, but subject to security screening along with bags, strollers, and other permitted carry in items.
