The professional event staff at Mayo Civic Center is committed to making sure every event runs as smoothly, safely, and successfully as possible. Stagehand and technical staff are available to provide support before, during, and after events, and ease transitions. Security staff control access to restricted areas, enforce policies for food/beverage and photography, and take responsibility for general crowd safety and control measures. Additionally, ushers are on hand to provide assistance to guests and serve as a primary point of contact during an event.

We are happy to assist event planners, vendors, and exhibitors with small show shipping and receiving needs. In order to provide the most efficient level of service possible, we have created a separate process for shipping and receiving for events with vendors numbering less than 20.
