SHIPPING/RECEIVING
Mayo Civic Center guidelines for exhibitor shipping and receiving are intended to provide efficiency to better serve you,
Due to limited space, MCC facility will begin accepting freight (1) week prior to the start of the event. If a Freight Handling Form has been submitted, MCC staff will accept and sign freight to be stored until the event. If a form has not been submitted, MCC reserves the right to refuse a shipment until the form has been received.
Shipments will only be delivered to the booth areas by MCC staff once a Freight Handling Form has been received and processed.
