Mayo Civic Center is going cashless
Effective April 15, 2024, Mayo Civic Center will be a cashless venue. All purchases within the venue will require payment through debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Permissible Items

-Purses, bags, backpacks or other bags that are smaller than 12" x 6" x 12". Small bags, such as a small clutch purse, that are approximately the size of a hand are encouraged. (All bags, purses, backpacks and persons are subject to screening by security personnel upon entry to the venue. Guests with bags not meeting guidelines will be asked to return them to a vehicle)

-Cell phones - - guests are urged to turn off the volume to prevent disruption of other guests.
PLEASE NOTE: some artists may not permit photos or video with a cell phone during the performance. This will be clearly communicated upon entry.

-Standard height lawn chairs (under 38”) for Standard General Admission seating ONLY. Chairs should be carried into the venue without any bags or casings, and are subject to screening upon entry by security personnel. One chair per person.

-Blankets or towels, no larger than 10’x10’

-Non-aerosol sunscreen and bug spray

Prohibited Items

-Purses, bags, backpacks or other bags that are larger than 12" x 6" x 12"

-Weapons of any kind, including guns, knives, pepper spray/mace,  or anything that management determines to be potentially injurious or may otherwise affect the safety of other guests or the performance of the event.

-Animals (exception for certified service animals)

-Food and beverage (non- and alcoholic)

-Coolers (of any kind)

-Glass or metal containers (of any kind)

-Cameras with detachable lenses or professional cameras
PLEASE NOTE: Camera policies are set by the artist/tour and are subject to change on a show-by-show basis

-Video cameras, GoPros, audio recording devices and tripods
PLEASE NOTE: No video or audio recording will be allowed on any electronic device including iPads and tablets

-Illegal substances

-Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates/rollerblades, Segways, golf carts or other unauthorized means of transportation

-Laser pointers

-Fireworks or explosives

-Bullhorns and noisemakers

-Tarps, tents or canopies

-Remote controlled flying devices or UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles)

-Signs, banners, flags or posters

-Distribution of unauthorized promotional or commercial material

-Grilling equipment

-Umbrellas

-Other items management considers to present a potential hinderance or threat may also be prohibited

Guidelines

-Shirts and shoes are required.

-Tickets are required for all concert-goers ages 2 and older.

-Guests under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

-If the concert is rained out, there will be an attempt to reschedule. Refunds will be offered in the event that the concert is not rescheduled and is canceled.

-Must be 21+ with valid ID to purchase alcohol

-Chairs are not provided for Standard General Admission seating areas at outdoors concerts. You are allowed to bring your own standard height lawn chair (removed from any bag or casing).

-Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area. Smoking is not allowed in the concert area.

-As public health guidelines evolve, there may be additional changes to event policies and procedures.
