Rochester Public Music and Mayo Civic Center invite local food trucks, restaurants, and beverage vendors to participate in the 2025 Riverside Music Series at Mayo Park. This is an opportunity to be a part of a unique annual event in Rochester.
The concert series will take place at 7:00 PM on the following dates: July 13, July 20, July 27, August 3, and August 10, 2025. Vendors are required to have General Liability Insurance, W9, and a mobile food unit or special event food vendor license in Olmsted County. The application for the license can be found on the Olmsted County website. Vendors may need to arrive up to five hours before the event start time and must be available for all dates they apply for. The venue will provide power and waste management. Vendors must bring all necessary equipment for their service, including cooking equipment, sinks, hand-washing stations, tables, tents, cooking smallwares, food service gloves, and sanitation items, and adhere to Olmsted County food safety standards.Selection of vendors will consider the variety of offerings, ability to meet vendor needs, and compliance with licensing and insurance requirements. Vendors should indicate all dates they are available on the application and may be selected for multiple dates. A participation fee of $100.00 per event is required within five business days of date confirmation, or the slot may be given to another applicant. If an event is canceled, fees for that event will be refunded within fifteen business days.The application deadline is March 28, 2025.
